Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> This is a re-inspection from the complaint inspection conducted 4-25-17. <br /> Manager who was on site on 4-25-17 is not on site today. <br /> Observations today <br /> 1)The non-commercial grade pannini press and griddle were turned on and hot at the time of the inspection. Per employee, <br /> she had used the pannini press to make a grilled cheese sandwich today. She was unaware that this was no longer allowed. <br /> 2) Bacon and cheese burgers, breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches and grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu. <br /> 3)Raw burgers are on site this date. <br /> Corrective action required: <br /> 1) Discontinue offering the above mentioned items for sale. <br /> 2)Sale of grilled cheese sandwiches may resume when a commercial grade(NSF/ANSI)griddle or pannini press is obtained. <br /> 3)Sale of bacon cheeseburgers and/or cheeseburgers, and the above listed breakfast items may resume PROVIDED the <br /> food is cooked to proper temperature at Chuck's Place in Manteca, properly cooled at Chuck's Place in Manteca,transported <br /> cold in an insulated cooler from Chuck's Place in Manteca and re-warmed to 165F(minimum)in the microwave at Just A Cup. <br /> ***The non-permitted/inactive facility next door may not be used until it is properly permitted with SJ COunty EHD.*** <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Nicole Caballero,Asst.
