8.5 The turbine in the processor should be running and the igniter/sensor probe
sparking but the pilot will not be ignited. Failure of the pilot to ignite is
probably because the station's vapor piping is full of air. To purge this air
and replace it with vapor, use 2 short pieces of wire and jump the circuit
from terminal [1] to [6] and [6] to [7] at the terminal strip inside the electrical
panel inside the processor.
P❑WFR
OFF_ ON TI 120 VAC POWER, EMERGENCY
1 SHUTDOWN SWITCH, AND SHORT 2
CIRCUIT PROTECTION BY OTHERS i
G POWER
LCD LAMP ]C 4
6VW
OVFRPRESSURE
1 Hour TIMER 5
LCD LAMP
VACUUM PILOT
SWITCH THERMAL SOLENOID
(SENSOR) SWITCH (SHUTOFF VALYL)
0 4 L 6
RFD TURBINE
GREEN WHITE
BLUE M
IGNITION t
MODULE
(FLAME MAIN SOLENOID
SAFEGARD) (SHUTOFF VALVE)
7 --
:
G PROCESSING
LCD LAMP
CABLE
SPARK PROBE/ROD
DRY CONTACTS FOR ISD PANEL: R(FROM 1CR)
4 tJ Y 11 rY
(0VCS 100 ELECTRICAL VSE 201 - 6
52 SCHEMATIC
Page 14-14
ARB Approved IOM-14—Hirt VCS 100 Processor Installation Manual—Executive Order VR-205-B
