Contact the local fire department, city building depart nt and the San Joaquin Valley <br /> Air Pollution Control District for any applicable pe ts. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaq ' County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) for approval prior to co ncing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. All components must be certified by an . dependent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. (LTL,UL ,ANSI,API,ASTM,etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 23 Chapte 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark as requ' ed by the independent testing organization. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians ust possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individua physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several ermissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors ate License Board(may be issued to the installation company),and <br /> b. All valid, ent California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council CC),that are applicable to the work being performed,and <br /> c. A val' ,current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the <br /> co onent(s)being tested,repaired, or serviced; <br /> and <br /> d. ach person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 5. fore the alarm history is cleared,a current printout must be created and available for <br /> HD inspection. Inspection may occur during the functionality test. <br />
