El Dorado St., French Camp, CA <br /> The permit application(SR0056788) for the enhanced vapor recovery phase II upgrade on the <br /> underground storage tank system(UST)at the above referenced site has the following <br /> deficiencies: <br /> 1. Provide a detailed scope of work that includes the following information: <br /> a. Provide a statement of duties that each contractor(APEC and HMC)will perform <br /> in regards to their specific certifications on the EVR upgrade. <br /> b. Will the existing vent lines be modified below grade? <br /> c. Will new electrical wiring be installed for ISD/PMC? If so,please submit <br /> drawings showing the exact locations of all new electrical wiring to be installed. <br /> Note: If concrete over existing tanks and piping is broken/cut,a secondary <br /> containment test of the related component must be performed. <br /> 2. The above noted information must be submitted before the permit application will be <br /> considered for approval.
