Pv)E
Page I of I
Ray, SEP 0 4 L_.j
F
Sorry for the delay in getting this back to you, but since I took on this i rltIh iirE several years back I made no
arrangements for anyone to back me up if I became ILL or wound up iniIypi4hbe surgery which happened and
without a voice to talk due to the surgery that I had I was not even able to make any calls to get help, I have no one to blame
but myself, I appoligize for this and can tell you that I have since made arrangements with two other D./O."S to help in the
future should my body decide to go down on me again.
As far as Eugenia, at J&L Market, 8125 S. Eldorado st. French Camp I believe I have her up to date and have redone my
book to simplify for anyone else to come in and look at and know what needs to be done and by when to avoid this problem
again.
#1, It took till now to get a copy of her tests results for her monitoring , spill pail, leak detectectors and other results as
Afford A Test will not release results without payment, as per Sandy at Afford A Tests, this has been what they have needed
to do to get there payments from several customers which I totally understand as I wish we were able to do this in the fuel
bussiness as it is getting harder and harder to collect from dome of these people.
#2 Certification of financial responsibility, I have added this date to the front of the books I have supplied to my customers so
if I am not around they will know they need to get it handled properly and on time.
#3 HMC Service Station And Repair has made corrections to both of the sumps as listed on you form#7 & #21 as this has
been an ongoing problem since the last owner Jim Fisk who never took care of the problem correctley by raising the annular
plumbing to keep the rain water or other source of water getting into these sumps, which has caused the alarms to be on
ongoing problem for numerous years, there are copies of his repair and work orders in her ust book at the station which
hopefully will put a stop to this ongoing problem.
#4 Copy of retuen to Compliance attached to this paper work I am turing in to you.
Last of all I went over all of this and or everything else I could think of to explain to her how important it is to keep all of this
up to date and with all the correct paper work available at the station sight aand that every employee on duty should know
where it is tobe able to provide to anyone who should come from your office, and if she does not understand that she should
call me or you or anyone at your office, that you are not ther just to come and make a list of problems, but to be able to
answer questions to avoid problems as in the past or before they become an problem.
I am going back into the hospital for one last surgery on friday morning 9/05/2008 for what I hope will be the last time, my
voice mail will have a name and phonr number for any of my customer to call if needed as I will not be able to talk for up to 5
days.
Thanks again for all your help in the past and in the future if needed, it has gratley been appriciated and helpfull, as it seems
ther is always some thing to learn in this bussiness.
Dan MclLrath, Valley Underground Tank& Monitoring, 209-649-8956
n atll M CQnI
about-blank 9/3/2008
