According to Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Section 2637 (b), this <br /> testing must be performed at least once every 12 months. According to section 2636 (f)(4), you must <br /> submit your pressurized line tightness test to this office annually(unless exempt under section 2635 <br /> (f)). Our files indicate your last monitoring certification and leak detector test was performed on June <br /> 22, 2004. <br /> It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to schedule the required tests by June 21, 2005 or <br /> further legal action may occur. Additionally, this office must be notified of the test date and time <br /> 48 hours prior to performing any of the above tests.
