QUARTERLY GROUND WATER MONITORING�'AND SAMPLING ' On.29 October 2001; groundwater monitoring and sarnpling were�performed at the site on wells, MW-1 through MW-IO.-Ground water monitoring procedures for the site-were outlined.in YYork _ ti ation dated 1-5 November.1'995;prepared by' 4 Plan•Addendu n Fok Additionai Ground Water Inves g •,AGE and.approved by the-PHS-EHD by permit dated 07 December'1995, and coriforin to.grotmd ' ,t. water;monitoring, guidelines issued�by- the San, Joaquin County' Public 'Health Services - '�Environriental-Health Division,(PHS-EHD). WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION. 9 , On 29.October'2001;*a Solinst water-level meter was used to measure the.depth to ground water m +- each well relative to the tops of the-well casings.
