INTRODUCTION .
' Advanced GeoErivironmental, Inc.'(AGE) has.-prcpared'this,.quarterly report for 3486 West-Harding „
Way,-Stockton, California. The site setting is illustrated ori Figure` 1. Site'structiires arid,monitoring
well locations are'depicted on Figure 2.
The objective of the work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon`concer`itrations in ground
water and to characterize•ground watef flow direction and gradient
This report is prepared in accordance with guidelines established by California Regional-Water
Quality Control Board - Central Valley Division (CRWQCB) for investigation''of•undezgraund, .
story a tank ST sites: .. ,
A summary of previous investigations at the site'was included in the'Additional Site Assessment and
Ground%ter-Extraction Workplan, dated 29 December 2000, prepared by AGE. Analytical data
for ground water samples acquired to date is included in thin report. .
2:0. QUARTERLY GROUND-WATER MONITORING AND SAMPLING' ,
On 12 April 2001,ground water monitoring and sampling were'performed at the site on wells MW-4-
.'through
W=1.'through MW-7: Ground water monitoring procedures for,the site were outlined in: Work.Plan
Addendum For Additional Ground Water Investigation,-dated'15 November 1995,prepared by AGE
: . and approved`by the PHS-EHD by permit dated 07 December 1995, and conform to ground water
monitoring guidelines issued by.the'San Joaquin County Public Health.Services. Erivironiiiental
Health Division(PHS EHD).
i 2.1. MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES
On 12 April 2001,-a Solinst water level meter was used tor eeasure.the, depth to groundwater in each
' well relative to the tops'of the well casings. The relative ground water'cleyation in each well and
hydraulic gradient were determined from these data(Table 1).
After ground water depths were measured, apre-cleaned, two-st4ge lsubinersible pump was, used to. '
evacuate water in wells MW=I.through MW 7. During the June sampling event,-approximately'9 to '
15' gallons of water (a minimum of three casing=water volumes) were removed from each well' .
Advanced GeoEuvironmeotal,Inc.'
