Grouiid water elevation at the site averaged approximately. 16.77 feet below MSL, indicating'an average increase in ground'-, water elevation-of 2.66.feet since the last-monitoring.event in February,2005. 'Ground water was inferred to be flowing toward the southwest under a hydraulic gradient of approximately 0.009 ft/ft;the,ground water flow direction is consistent with historical flaw directions at this site. TPH-g and MTBE were detected in the ground water sample collected from well MW-1 at concentrations of 250 µg/1 and 280 µg11, respectively. With the exception of 1,2-DCA r detected in well MW=1 at the time of the initial ground water sampling event on 07. April ' '2003,.no other target analytes have been detected in wells MW-1 through MW-3. The.concentration of MTBE is above the DHS' Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of 13 µg11 for drinking water. The lateral exterit of the dissolved.MTBE plume:is not yet defined generally west of the site. ' 5.0. . RECOMMENDATIONS ' ,Based on the findings of the environmental activities recounted,in this report,:AGE recommends: •• Continuation of quarterly ground water monitoring at the site;•the.third quarter 2005 monitoring event was performed on 02 September:20.05.
