Hot water at all sinks of 120 F or higher <br /> 2. Dishwasher sanitizing at either 50 ppm or 160 F on plate <br /> 3. Dishwasher, 3 comp sink, ice machine waste lines shall be provided with a one inch air gaps into floor sinks. <br /> 4. Hand sinks shall have splash guards <br /> 5. Walls and ceilings shall be either painted with semigloss paint, tiled, or covered with a cleanable material <br /> 6. Floors at bar, kitchen, and back room shall be either ceramic tile or commercial sheet linoleum. Sealed floors are not <br /> allowed. Provide coved base with 3/8 inch radius coving that extends to wall at least 4 inches. Rubber coving is also not <br /> allowed. <br /> 7. All equipment shall be installed at time of next visit. Refrigerators shall be 41 F or lower and freezers turned on. Hood shall <br /> be fully functional. <br /> 8. Rest room fan shall be in operation. <br /> 9. All hand sinks shall have wall mounted paper towels and hand soap dispensers.2 Rinaii tankless water heaters are in the <br /> attic <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
