GRVC 5141491 The exhaust hood must be constructed to meet the requirement, of the <br /> Ccaiilornia Mechanical Code (CIVIC) <br /> 2. CWC 114192. Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at leaFt 12:'!^F <br /> iroeasuied from the faucet. The water heater shall have a minimum t-ating 53,000 BTU or <br /> i K V for an electric. Provide this department with specification sheet prior to scheduling <br /> the Sinai inspection. <br /> 3. CRFC 113953. Preparation sinks, utensil sinks and handwashing sinks must be installed <br /> 24 inches from any sink and preparation areas or a 6 inch spiashguerd rpt be installed <br /> on both sides of the sink. <br /> 4. Adequate and suitable storage space must be provided for dry and cold storage, The <br /> Vlowing recommended methods may be used: a) A floor area equivalent to 25% of all <br /> kitchen space:: b� Sufficient approved shelving of 96 linear feet of shelving that is 18 inches <br /> deep. <br /> The EHL must t)e kept informed of the construction progress A final inspection must be. <br /> performed, operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for <br /> business. All equipment must be installed and thorough cleaning completed prior to the final <br /> inspection. Inspections must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Charges for <br /> additionai Inspections, re-inspections and/or consultations may be assessed at the EHD hourly <br /> rate of $ 115.00 per hou-,. <br /> - 1 - <br />
