NO GREASE <br /> TRAP, THROWING GREASE OUT IN FRONT. THEY DO THIS AT NIGHT SO THEY DON'T GET CAUGHT. " <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner is on site at time of the inspection. <br /> Per owner,food is not being re-served. If a customer does not like their order and it is returned, it is re-made to their liking or <br /> discarded. Facility offers baskets of duros(instead of chips)to their customers. Baskets that have any remaining duros when <br /> the customer leaves the table are emptied. Duros are not re-served. <br /> Facility has a grease trap out by the dumpster in the parking lot.
