Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Telephone: (209) 477-5922 Owner/Operator: NATION'S FOODSERVICE, INC. <br />Address: 3333 W Hammer LN, STOCKTON 95219 <br />Date: 07/10/2019Name of Facility: NATIONS GIANT HAMBURGERS (STOCKTON, CA) <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />11:50 am <br />11:05 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Complaint #: CO0050053 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES TABLES AND FLOORS ARE DIRTY, CHEF SNEEZED AND WIPED HIS HANDS ON HIS <br />CLOTHES, AND THERE WERE SMALL BLACK BUGS IN HER MOTHERS BLT, POSSIBLY FROM THE LETTUCE. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to manager. She was not aware of this complaint. They currently has pest control. <br />Observations: Saw a sticky trap on floor behind the ice maker with small black bugs in it. All hand wash stations have hot/cold <br />water/soap/paper towels. Whole heads of lettuce are stored in walk in cooler and kept covered. Did not see bugs in the <br />lettuce. Entire kitchen is very clean. Dining room floors and tables were clean at time of inspection. <br />Did not observed any employee sneezing. Remind them to properly wash hands if they are contaminated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
