Chanelle Howard has completed here training by our Designated Operator, <br /> Karin Arnaiz. Please see attached signin log. Have also instructed store director that all employees are to <br /> be on the training log, and trained before they can be used in the gas station. <br /> 310)As stated on the UST Inspection Report the liquid in the 87 turbine sump was removed by the <br /> testing tech.and deposited in our Haz-Mat drum. Have talked to our testing/maintaince company and <br /> they will monitor this sump for any future liquid. If liquid continues to enter the sump they have been <br /> instructed to make all necessary repairs to stay in compliance. <br /> 314)the enunciator(Buzzer)for the overfill alarm was repaired by the testing/maintaince tech.
