For tank ID number TA 0515605 under"Tank <br /> Monitoring is Performed Using the Following Method(s)"the"Continuous Electronic Tank Monitoring"should be <br /> "Yes"and all appropriate information should be provided, under"Pipe Monitoring is Performed Using the Following <br /> Method(s)"the"ELLD Model' number should be PLLD and"Leak Sensor Model'should be 208. For both tanks <br /> under"Periodic System Testing", "ELD Testing should be"No". under"Under Dispenser Containment(UDC) <br /> Monitoring"change"Yes"to"No"in the"UDC Monitoring Stops Flow of Product at Dispenser and change the"Panel <br /> Model#"to the observed"350 PLUS'were applicable. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit <br /> for review by the EHD. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d)Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The 91 fill sump sensor was found to be in alarm after being lifted for testing and did not come out of alarm. All <br /> monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The <br /> sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. A"UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite" <br /> form has been completed and provided to the operator and contractor. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 307 CCR 2631(g), 2632(c)Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained. <br /> The 87/91 annular sensor failed come out of alarm after being tested, therefore,the tank is not monitored. The <br /> interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. The <br /> sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection.
