ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> 501 NORTH CHEROKEE LANE <br /> LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> "Property Owner" will allow "Consultant" access to the subject property (501 North Cherokee <br /> Lane in Lodi, California) to install two (2) Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) holes at locations <br /> chosen by "Consultant". Furthermore, "Property Owner" will allow one (1) groundwater sample <br /> to be collected at each of the aforementioned CPT holes. <br /> "Consultant" will use a State of California, C57 licensed well contractor (Gregg In-Situ, Inc.) to <br /> install both CPT holes and collect the groundwater samples. The CPT holes will be installed in <br /> accord with San Jaoquin County well ordinance and permit conditions (if any). Each of the CPT <br /> hole locations will be hand augered to a depth of approximately five (5) feet below ground <br /> surface (bgs) to minimize the risks associated with potential damage to underground utilities. <br /> After obtaining the desired information and samples from each hole, the holes will be backfilled <br /> with cement to surface_to match existing grade. "Topping-off' may be necessary.
