Our point of contact at the air district is Mr.
Fred Cruz. The APCD has indicated that they will be providing us an ATC no later than in the
first week of January,2013.
I have had an electrician coordinate with the City of Lodi electrical department to bring 240 volt
power with 150 ampere flow to the south side of the main building. This wiring and new meter
will be complete by December 30, 2012.
We have committed to receive a Mako Industries,LLC electrical catalytic oxidizer the first
week of January, 2013 at the site. Mako Industries personnel will set the system up and go over
maintenance and operations procedures. We may contract with a local consultant to assist us on
operations during the first quarter of SVE operations.
I expect to initiate SVE operations with source testing with the APCD staff during the first two
weeks of January,2013. We think this system will provide about 50 to 100 pounds per day of
VOC removal at the site.
1
