Results of this analysis are presented in the <br /> enclosed Preliminary investigation and Evaluation Report (PIER) in <br /> accordance with regulatory guidelines provided by the Central <br /> Valley Regional 'Fater Quality Control Board and the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division. <br /> The opportunity to prepare this report is greatly appreciated.
