In case of probable suspicion where one appears to be under <br /> thi> influence of drugs or alcohol. F <br /> Screenings will be conducted by Readicare (California Industria=l <br /> Medical Clinics) , The clinic will adhere to a strict policy of . <br /> confidentiality, chain of custody, and documentation. In the event of <br /> a positive result on the initial screening; a second confirming teat <br /> will be performed on the same specimen using a different procedure. <br /> Prospective employees who test positive on the pre-employment <br /> screening will not be employed. Current employees who test positive <br /> will be either terminated or suspended without pay and referred to a <br /> drug assistance program. Upon release from the program the employee <br /> will pe retested. If the employee is free of drugs and/or alcohol at <br /> that time, then every effort will be made by the company to reinstate <br /> him or her into his or her old fob providing a vacancy exists.
