<br /> Reporting Specifications
<br /> 4. When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that
<br /> the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible and shall
<br /> summarize the data in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this
<br /> Order.
<br /> 5. As required by the California Business and Professions Code sections 6735, 7835, and
<br /> 7835.1, all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional Civil Engineer or
<br /> Geologist or their subordinate and shall be signed by the-,registered professional.
<br /> 6. Semi-annual electronic reports, which conform to the-equirements of the California Code
<br /> of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30, shall'be sdbmitted electronically over the
<br /> internet to the State Water Resources Control' oard GeoTracker database system by
<br /> 1 May and 1 November, or as otherwise indicated by Central Valley Water Board staff,
<br /> until such time as the Assistant Executive O'fficer determines that1he reports are no longer
<br /> necessary. Each report shall include the 16. owing minimum information:
<br /> (a) A description and discussion of the groundwater,sarmpling event and esults,
<br /> including trends in the con ntcations of pol10:i,i ts and groundwater blevations in the
<br /> wells, how and when sarno>rs'�u�re,collected d whether the pollutant plume(s) is
<br /> delineated.
<br /> (b) Field logs that contain, at a minimum water quality parameters measured before,
<br /> during, anditer purging, methodf purgingfepth.of water, volume of water
<br /> purged, etc:;.
<br /> (c) Groundwater coraour meas for all groundwater zones, if applicable.
<br /> (d) Isocontour.polluta*66ncentratt6'h!,, ,pps t'br all groundwater zones and all major

<br /> (f) A table sho1MAg historical lateral and vertical (if applicable) flow directions and
<br /> gradients.
<br /> (g) Cumulative data tables for all major constituents of concern containing the water
<br /> quality analytical results and depth to groundwater for all monitoring wells for the
<br /> past five years, if applicable. Older data may be provided on electronic media, or
<br /> provided in hardcopy in the report. The Central Valley Water Board may request
<br /> additional data as necessary.
<br /> (h) A copy of the laboratory analytical data report, which may be provided on electronic
<br /> media and included in the report.
