RECEIVED <br />tj 1% V 1,9,9,5 <br />Ansv <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />Mr. John Miller is the owner of certain real property located at 932 East Victor Road, <br />Lodi, California ("the Property"). Mr. Miller grants to Woolsey Oil Inc., their agents, <br />employees, and contractors permission to enter upon the Property for the purpose of <br />conducting soil and groundwater investigation in and on the Property. The right of <br />entry shall extend, but not be limited to the area approximately one hundred (100) feet <br />west from the eastern property boundary and approximately one hundred thirty (130) <br />feet south of northern property boundary. <br />The result of all said investigations shall be made available, at no cost to Mr. Miller, <br />at such time as such results are available, to Woolsey Oil, or their counsel, Riddle and <br />Isola. Woolsey Oil shall provide notice to Mr. Miller, and Richards R.V. Repair, and <br />Tusco Casting at least 48 hours prior to entry on the Property. Said notice shall <br />include the name(s) of the contractorsâ–ş or individual(s) who will be entering the <br />subject Property and the date(s) and time entry will be made. <br />It is agreed that Woolsey Oil shall indemnify and hold Mr. Miller harmless from any <br />liability resulting from their use and occupancy of the Property under this Right Of <br />Entry. <br />It is further agreed that Woolsey Oil shall return the Property to its original condition <br />immediately after said entry and investigation has been made. The right of Woolsey <br />Oil to enter and occupy said Property shall commence upon the date below and shall <br />
