CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br />CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 94- <br />WOOLSEY OIL COMPANY <br />LODI <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Prior to construction, plans and specifications for ground water monitoring and/or extraction <br />wells shall be submitted to Board staff for review and approval. After construction, new <br />wells are to be sampled and analyzed for the constituents below and added to the monitoring <br />program. <br />GROUND WATER MON- n- -P—nvr <br />There are nine ground water monitoring wells (designated MW -1 through MW -9) as shown <br />in Figure 1. Monitoring wells with free phase petroleum product or visible sheen shall be <br />monitored for product thickness and depth to ground water only.
