The work plan is hereby approved. Based on the schedule in the work plan, <br />the technical summary report is due by 6 September 1994. Please notify us at least 48 hours in <br />advance of field activities in case we would like to observe field procedures or split samples. <br />According to our records, the monitoring wells at the site have not been sampled since 1990. We <br />would like to establish a monitoring and reporting program (MRP) to monitor the ground water <br />contamination in anticipation of future remedial activities. Attached for your review is a draft <br />MRP.
