Cotulla., Sari <br />Joaquin County Public Health Services (County) regarding UST Cleanup Site <br />invoices for the above site. We agree that the County transferred lead agency <br />status for the above site to the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />Board) on June 7, 1991. However, we have not completed billing for <br />over�i-ht services through that date. As a result, Mr. Woolsey will receive <br />additional invoices in the future. <br />%: r Flay 8, 1991 invoice for $1,909.70 covered local agency and Regional t._ <br />is through June 30, 1990. The August 22, 1991 invoice for $285.13 cove - <br />:c. Board Program Management Charges through June 30, 1990. In the future, <br />N.r. Woolsey will receive separate invoices for San Joaquin county oversight <br />services and State Board Program Management costs for the billing period of <br />July 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990.
