Equilon Enterprises ' . 3 - August 29, 2011
t
Site History/Assessments
In December 1994, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date,
17 monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the
location of the current USTs, monitoring wells and groundwater level contours is provided at the+:
end of this five year summary.
Remediation Summary
• Free Product: No free product was documented throughout the life of this case.
• Soil Excavation: Unknown
• In-Situ Soil Remediation: 'No soil remediation has been conducted
• Groundwater Remediation: Groundwater extraction, conducted from September 2005
through November 2009 removed approximately 18.5 pounds of TBA and 161,514
gallons of groundwater.
General Site Conditions
• Geology and Hydrogeologly: The Site is underlain by interbedded and intermixed sand,
silt and clay. The depth to groundwater varies seasonally between 52 to 58 feet bgs and
the groundwater gradient is north at approximately 0.02 feet/foot.
• Groundwater Trends: There are more than 11 years of groundwater monitoring data for
this Site.
