Wilmington <br /> Carson, CA 90810-1039 <br /> i <br /> Subject: Former Shell <br /> 880 Victor Road <br /> Lodi, CA <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board passed Resolution 2009-0042 on May 19, <br /> 2009, that includes a resolve to reduce quarterly.monitoring at underground storage <br /> tank cleanup sites to semi-annual or less frequent unless quarterly monitoring is <br /> warranted.
