CAM B R I A Ms Karen Petryna <br /> June 15, 1999 <br /> SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> Cambria conducted a Sensitive Receptor Survey (SRS) to identify wells and surface water bodies <br /> within a 1/2-mile radius of the subject property using well records obtained from the California <br /> Department of Water Resources (DWR) The survey identified 15 wells of vanous types within <br /> 1/2-mile of the subject property The results of the SRS are plotted in Figure 2 and summarized <br /> in Appendix C The Mokelumne River is a surface water body that was identified approximately <br /> 112-mile from the subject property <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The subject property is currently a vacant Shell-branded service station that is not dispensing <br /> gasoline The subject property was used as a gasoline station since approximately 1964 when the <br /> USTs were first installed <br /> Eighty-five listings were identified by the EDR database within a 1/4-mile radius of the subject <br /> property Several of these sites are currently undergoing active investigation or remediation of <br /> soil, according to the EDR Report None of the sites appear to have affected the ground water <br /> These include the <br /> • Cal-Trans Lodi Maintenance at 845 East Pine Street, <br /> • Teresi Trucking, Inc at 900-1/2 Victor Road, <br /> Don Keller Trucking at 940 East Victor Road, <br /> • Claude C Wood Co at 686 East Lockeford Street, <br /> • Astra Construction at 681 East Lockeford Street, and <br /> • American Dutch Foundry at 42 North Cluff Avenue, <br /> A review of historical city directories and the site visit identified several service stations and <br /> automobile service businesses within a 1/4-mile radius of the subject property <br /> 8 <br />
