Inspection was performed on March <br /> 18, 2014, the checklist of findings was provided the same day; the full inspection report was mailed to the <br /> facility on March 25, 2014. <br /> Class II Violations: <br /> 605 & 610. One 55-gallon steel container storing dispenser hoses and multiple used gasoline filters <br /> (approximately 1/4 full) was found onsite with a faded and illegible label. All hazardous waste containers <br /> shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Furthermore, used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date.
