WORK PLAN FOR WELL DESTRUCTION <br /> Mme. <br /> Teresi Trucking n-- <br /> 900 %East Victor Roads <br /> Lodi, CA w -� <br /> iF <br /> f { <br /> The environmental assessment of the Teresi Trucking Yard at 900,9.% E. Victor Road in Lodi, <br /> California has been completed, and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has <br /> determined that no further action is necessary at this site. Prior to issuing a final No Further Action <br /> letter, the Environmental Health Division of San Joaquin County ',Public Health Services has <br /> directed Teresi Trucking to destroy and remove the wells that have Been drilled at the site during <br /> the investigation. The purpose of this plan is to outline the procedures'pthat will be used to conform <br /> with County regulations. <br /> F <br /> There are currently three wells at the site, all located in the trucking yard(Figure 1). Each well is 75 <br /> feet deep and constructed of 2-inch diameter PVC casing. The wIells will be drilled out with 10-inch <br /> diameter hollow-stem augers and backfilled with cement grout! Well 11 boxes will be removed and <br /> disposed of and the asphalt surface will be patched. The material removed from the wells will be <br /> stockpiled on plastic sheeting and sampled prior to disposal. <br /> Upon completion of the work, Upgradient Environmental will piepare a brief letter report <br /> confirming that the wells have been properly abandoned. <br /> .i <br /> 1 <br /> , <br /> l . 1� <br /> =�F <br /> I � <br />
