THE PORK IN SON'S POT STICKER WAS <br /> RAW. (C)CALLED THE FACILITY BUT FACILITY WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND UNLESS THE FOOD IS RETURNED. <br /> COMPLAINANT NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE FOOD BECAUSE OF THE GAME." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> pot stickers following pan frying--168.00°F--three pot stickers pork pot stickers-reach-in refrigerator--41.00°F <br /> prepared:temperature range 168-193F <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner is on site and is aware of the complaint. <br /> Pork pot stickers are received frozen. Company name of the manufacturer is EDS(www.edswrapnroll.com). <br /> Pork pot stickers remain frozen until needed. Pot stickers are then boiled for approximately 20 minutes. If the pot stickers are <br /> needed immediately, they are then pan fried. If they are not needed immediately,they are cooled and then stored in the <br /> reach-in refrigerator.After removal from the reach-in,the pot stickers are boiled again in hot water and then pan fried. <br /> Facility prepared three pork pot stickers They were removed from the reach-in refrigerator, boiled in hot water for a few <br /> minutes and pan fried. Upon removal from the pan,the oil was drained at the fryer for a few seconds and then the pot stickers <br /> were cut in half.Temperature of the pot stickers this date range from 168- 193F. Per manufacturer's instructions on the <br /> original packaging,the pot stickers should be cooked to 160F.
