0
Advanced W
G e o Environmental , Inc . %
25 November 2013
AGE Project No. 13-2675
Mr. Ernesto Renteria, Jr. RECEIVED
3312 West Creek Drive
Stockton, CA 95209 DEC 0 3 2013
Subject: Phase II Site Assessment Report ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PIMENTEL PROPERTY PERMIT/SERVICES
1650 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Renteria:
At your request, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Site
Assessment Report for the subject property located at 1650 South EI Dorado Street,
Stockton, California (site). The scope of work included advancement of three soil borings
for collection of soil and groundwater samples. A property plan depicting the boring
locations is illustrated in Figure 1.
INTRODUCTION
Historical information available for the site address indicates that a dry cleaning operation
was formerly located and operated on the eastern portions of the subject property from
approximately 1911 until approximately 1960. Furthermore, historical Sanborn Fire
Insurance maps for the property indicated the presences of potential in-ground petroleum
tanks (Gasol) located on the east-central portion of the property; as well as a steaming
room or steam generator in the central portion of the site.
Based upon the findings, soil probe borings were advanced for collection of soil and
groundwater samples to determine if past operations at the property have impacted the
property subsurface.
BORING ADVANCEMENT
On 30 October 2013, AGE advanced three soil borings (131 through 133) at the subject
property. Soil borings B1 and B2 were advanced in the location of the former dry cleaning
facility and B3 was advanced in the location of the former potential in-ground petroleum
tanks; B1 through B3 were advanced to depths of approximately 30 feet below surface
837 Shaw Road • Stockton.
