The following items must be submitted and
deficiencies/discrepancies must be corrected prior to approval:
1. A balance in the amount of$135.00 dollars is due. The fee received by this office
paid for the installation of 2 underground storage tanks but 1 tank is spilt into 2
compartments therefore, 3 UST's are being proposed.
2. Buoyancy calculations signed by a professional engineer or licensed architect
must be submitted.
3. Page FS3-drawing 4 shows a connector tube being used to link the piping through
the dispenser pans. Secondary termination must occur within the dispenser pan.
Clarify drawing.
4. The permit application specifies that overfill prevention will be satisfied using
CCR 2365(b)(2)(B). However, manufactures specification sheets were not
submitted for an external audible/visual alarm and the location of this alarm was
not implicated on the drawings.
5. Manufacturer specification sheets were not submitted for the brine sensor
equipment to be used for the vent underground/aboveground transition sump.
Also, specify manufacture and material of this sump.
Please remit these corrections to my attention. If you have any questions you may contact
me at(209) 468-9847.
Thank you,
44"Oh +-
Michelle Le, Senior REHS
Environmental Health Department
