3. Insert(FRP)pipe into B-33 sleeve through flex connector(see Fig. 2 B-33 fitting 5/8"hose
Fig.2). Proceed to insert flex boot through flex connector and 3"sleeve clamp clamps
the provided 5/8" hose clamp. Slide flex boot inside BR-3x2 inside box.
Reducer sleeve until pipe passes hose clamps located with 3"FRP stub —
dispenser containment, may be au to fit pipe/
installation
4. Using provided hose clamp, tighten flex boot to B-33 and BR-
3x2 fitting applying a minimum of 4 ft-Ib. (5.5 N-m.)torque 3•'FRP
using a 5/16"socket screwdriver. Secondary Pipe 3"flexboot
factory glued
5. single-Wall Piping. When connecting to a primary line
depending on the diameter of pipe installed, use an optional BR- Fig. 3 Single-Wall Pining
3x2 reducer.First insert(dry)thin gasket(smaller diameter first);
then, slide corresponding reducer over FRP pipe and seal it using thin
provided UL expoxy coated stainless steel hose clamp(see Fig. BR-3x2 gasket
re
3).Test flex boot up to a maximum of 5 psi.For primary line, gasket
please refer to pipe manufacturer instructions forrnaximurn test
pressures.
6. Double-Wall Piping. When connecting to 3" fiberglass UL expoxy coated
secondary piping, follow pipe manufacture's recommiedation for stainless steel
clamp
fiberglassing split couplings to 3" FRP pipe factory glued to
Bravo flex boot. After fiberglassing the 3"pipe to split coupling
wait for the recommended time by the FRP pipe manufacture
then test flex boot up to a maximum of 5 psi.For primary line, Fig, 4 Double -1 Pining
please refer to pipe manufacturer instructions for maximum test ,,,,3"flex boot
pressures. 3"fiberglass
FINAL ASSEMBLY pig
(double-wall piping
assembly shown) NOTE:3"Pipemaybe cut
to length as required
7. For single wall applications isolate epoxy coated stainless steel
lined clamps by apply vulkern after a successful test of the
secondary piping system. Apply vulkem to complete exterior of
the stainless steel coated clamps Approximately 1/4"thick,see
above image fig 3. Let the sealant form a'skin'or harden then
backfill with approved peagravel per pipe manufacturers
specifications.
WARRANTY
All containment systems sold by S.Bravo.Systems,Inc.are warrented to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of purchase. This warranty will be limited to the repair and replecememt of parts only, and will exclude all ch ims for labor or
consequential damage. No other express warranties given and no afTmmetion of S.Brew Systems,Inc.,or its agents and/or representatives.by
words or action, will constitute a warranty.IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY WILL BE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRAN-
TIES OF FITNESS AND IN LIEU OF THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY•
This warranty is void if there is any evidence of modification, abuse, negligence,or improper installation.
