<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed cook handle raw fish then handle tortillas that were cooking on the griddle without washing
<br />hands in between tasks. Always wash hands with soap, warm water, and paper towels after handling raw foods and then
<br />switching tasks. Informed employee. Corrected on site.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Employees are required to wash their hands: before beginning work before handling food / equipment /
<br />utensils as often as necessary, during food preparation, to remove soil and contamination when switching from working with raw to ready

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Clean spoons and forks for customer use were being stored on the hand sink drainboard next to dirty
<br />dishes and a container of bleach. Store all clean utensils away from sources of possible contamination today. Utensils were
<br />moved.
<br />There are some uncovered containers of food inside the coolers. Cover all foods today.
