I was reading it from the pdf screen. I should have printed it out. In this case, the date and time of the cold start was November 20, 2016 at 12:29 pm. Please issue a refund for the application fees. Let's not create work and expense where it is not needed. Thanks for your help. You can notify us at ust@s[cehd.com of the time and date of the work and other information specified in the attached "...Permit Guidance". We will accept notification after completion of the work if the scope is not known before the tech is dispatched to fix the problem. The only thing needed for this job is the time and date of the cold start for our records. Everything else was already provided in the permit application and I attached to this email in the "scope of work..."
