It was supposed to be handled under warranty since they had defective <br />equipment. <br />What I have arranged to happen now is that Able Maintenance/Western Fiberglass will be partnering up to <br />submit application this week for a permit and make the repairs to the boots. I <br />need a statement explaining how you plan on correcting the problem by February 22, 2015. Once all the work is done I <br />can close the violations.
