Cuff Fittings <br />I have reviewed the following information provided Western Fiberglass: <br />1. Western Fiberglass, Penetration Fitting Replacement Procedure For Double Wall <br />Tank Sumps <br />2. Western Fiberglass, Installation Instruction Manual 2009 <br />3. Western Fiberglass Brochure 2008 Cuffs <br />4. Western Fiberglass MSDS Packet for Components Fiberglass Mat, Putty ,Catalyst <br />5. U.L.File MH 19409, Issued 1996-05-29 Revised 2004-04-09. <br />1 have inspected a sample of a completed penetration replacement. From the inspection and <br />the information provided to me, it is my opinion that that the cuff double walled penetration <br />fitting may be used to replace another manufacturer's double walled penetration previously <br />installed in a Western Fiberglass manufactured sumps. The uistallation of the Cuff <br />Penetration fitting will not affect the ability for the sump or pipe to be continuously <br />monitored as required.
