Use care not to damage the pipe
or conduit
• Clean the abraded area with acetone
• Split the frp cuff and dry fit around the pipe. Use a hot glue gun and glue the cuff
back together around the pipe.
• Using the hot glue, attach the cuff to the inside sump wall. Be sure to keep the
pipe or conduit in the center of the cuff. If pipe enters the sump at an extreme
angle, the cuff may be built up on one side to keep pipe centralized. A centralizer
should also be used in the end of the cuff to support the pipe off the cuff boot.
• Use catalyzed putty around the cuff for a smooth transition for the fiberglass.
• Fiberglass the cuff to the sump wall.
• Use a 4"x2" piece of fiberglass, and glass over the split in the cuff.
• When the fiberglass has hardened, lightly sand the cuff and dry fit the split boot
to the cuff.
• Acetone the cuff and split boot.
• Use Blue Glue to bond the cut in the split boot. Wait about 20 -30 minutes for
bonder to dry and begin curing.
• Using WFG DWAC600 bonder, place a'/6 in bead inside the boot that will attach
to the cuff and work bonder into the ribs.
• Place a small amount of bonder on the cuff and install the boot on the cuff. Turn
the boot % turn when installing it on the cuff.
