<br />FRP CUFF LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
<br />This limited warranty constitutes our only responsibility and obligation to repair and or replace materials or components. We
<br />make no other express or implied warranties or any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use except for the
<br />limited conditional warranty stated below.
<br />1. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
<br />This warranty applies only to materials and components manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc., and is subject to notification
<br />by the original customer within (30) days of the first discovery of each cause, effect or occurrence which may cause any claim
<br />under this limited warranty, further:
<br />A. The components manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc. be used only for the purpose for which they were designed,.
<br />intended, and installed, further:
<br />B. That the use of said systems and components be for the normal uses, service conditions and installation in accordance with
<br />the manufacturer's instructions.
<br />2. LIMITED WARRANTY
<br />Subject to the conditions herein, Western Fiberglass, Inc. warrants, for the period and conditions below, that components
<br />manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc.:
<br />A. Will conform to manufacturer's specifications at time of sale and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
<br />one (1) year from date of original purchase, further:
<br />B. Will not fail due to external corrosion for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase while rem inbrg
<br />undisturbed in the original installation configuration, further:
<br />C. Will not fail due to internal corrosion in any application designed and used for the containment of the materials specified
<br />upon original order for the same period, as described in paragraph B., in section 2 above.

<br />A. Contractor/End User is responsible for removal and replacement of any fuel dispensing equipment to allow access to the cuff
<br />and cuff accessories. This may include but is not limited to the dispenser(s).
<br />B. Contractor/End User is responsible for anv fee's, permits and necessary approvals for finding, diagnosing and repairing the
<br />defect or problem.
<br />C. Contractor/End User agrees to be responsible for all fees and costs if defect or problem is not caused by the Cuff or is a direct
<br />result of incorrect installation or application.
<br />D. Contractor/ End User is responsible for travel fees outside of the continental United States.
<br />4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF WESTERN FIBERGLASS
<br />A. For a period of three (3) years, Western Fiberglass will provide materials at no cost to repair or replace and defective Cuff
<br />provided the User Responsibilities described above are adhered to.
<br />B. Western Fiberglass assumes no responsibility for down time, loss of business, fees or fines except as outlined in item A in
<br />paragraph 4.
<br />3. LIMITATION REMEDIES
<br />Western Fiberglass, Inc. will at its option, repair or replace the defective materials and or components found to be defective by
<br />Western Fiberglass, Inc. in accordance with these conditions. These repairs or replacements will be furnished by Western
<br />Fiberglass, Inc. atno cost other than shipment fees hereunder. Any claims not covered by Western Fiberglass, Inc., will be tite
<br />sole responsibility of the customer.
<br />Western Fiberglass, Inc. will not be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages or other loss, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss
<br />of other property or equipment, loss of contents or service, environmental damages and or cleanup costs, loss of facilities or income, and personal injuries, whether
<br />to customers, its owners, officers, agents, employees, invitee, or otherwise, resulting from natural causes includingbut not limited to, Flood, fire earthquake or
<br />other act of God, negligence, willful misconduct or other cause not expressly described herein, regardless of when the same might occur.
