Decontamination of equipment used will be as follows <br /> • An Alconox or Tri-sodium phosphate and water solution will be used to <br /> wash the equipment, and <br /> • The equipment will be rinsed first with tap water then last with distilled <br /> water <br /> Each person must follow these procedures in order to ensure that potential <br /> contamination is not transferred off-sate <br /> 9. Special Procedures and Precautions: <br /> Potential hazards to be aware of are electrical safety Use ground fault circuit <br /> interrupters with heavy electrical equipment The use of eye wear may <br /> restrict vision, use caution Protective clothing may prevent full range-of- <br /> motion Work/rest regimens and replenishment of body fluids are required <br /> to reduce temperature-related hazards It must be noted that removal of used <br /> and/or scrap materials that may be on site are to be disposed of immediately <br /> to reduce possible accidents <br /> 10.
