(Wright),with the condition that the cone <br /> penetrometer (CPT) phase of the work plan be implemented by August 18, 2003. The CPT <br /> phase of the proposed work has not been implemented to date. <br /> A copy of the access agreement from the San Joaquin County Fairground must be submitted <br /> to EHD before EHD could issue the permit for the CPT boring at the Fairground. Also, <br /> please be aware EHD accounting could not process the check#2807 for the well permit <br /> application for CPT boring at the site, at 1333 Charter Way, or at the Fairground until EHD <br /> has received the access agreement. Alternatively, separate checks specific to the three permit <br /> applications could be submitted to EHD,in which case the two permits not related to the <br /> drilling on the Fairground could be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure the access <br /> agreement is obtained and submitted to EHD, or separate checks are submitted to EHD so <br /> the well permit applications could be processed in a timely manner. <br /> The deadline to implement the CPT phase of the proposed work has been extended to <br /> September 30, 2003.
