r
F u. ■ ,
i
Chemical and Physical Soil/Sediment Analysis
i
Up to four groundwater samples will be analyzed at Kiff Analytical a certified analytical
laboratory. Samples will be tested for the following; Total Petroleum hydrocarbons as Gasoline
(TPHG), Benzene (B), Toluene (T), Ethylbenzene (E), Xylene (X), Motor Oil (Oil), Oil and
Grease (OG) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), Methyl-tert-butyl-ether (MTBE), and fuel
oxygenates tert-Amyl-Methyl-Ether, Ethyl-tert-Butyl-Ether, Di-Isopropyl Ether and tert-Butyl
Alcohol, 1,2-Dichloroethane and Ethylene Dibromide using EPA Methods 3550, 351018015,
5030, 8020 and 8260.
Up to two soil/sediment samples will be physically analyzed. The samples will be sent to an
accredited physical testing laboratory for analysis for moisture content, bulk density and hydraulic
conductivity.
Report
A report of the findings of this site investigation will be prepared for submittal to PHS EHD. The
report will include the field methods, permits, : exploratory boring logs, monitoring well
construction details, chemical analytical data, geologic cross sections and report narrative. The
report will include estimates of contaminant extent, conclusions and recommendations for at least
two alternatives for soil and groundwater cleanup. However, as indicated in Task 2, 3 and 4
above these efforts for corrective and remedial action will be separate documents utilizing data
from this work. If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
Wright Environmental Services, Inc.
John Lynch
President
Attachments: Figure 1.
