Submit <br /> this evaluation to EHD by September 14, 2004 If a carbon canister system is more cost- <br /> effective and could bring the SVE system on-line faster than the electrical catalytic oxidizer <br /> system, EHD requests carbon canisters be used The SVE system and ozone injection <br /> system should be in operation by October 1,2004 <br />
