(Woolsey 011, Inc.)Cardlock Facility
1501 W. Charter Way, Stockton, CA(Site Code 508175)
Dear Mr. Infurna:
This letter report presents the results of the fourth quarter 2007 groundwater monitoring and
sampling activities at the subject site (Figure 1).
QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER SAMPLING ACTIVITIES
Activities at the site included monitoring water level elevations, and purging and sampling
groundwater from all site wells. Groundwater samples were analyzed for total petroleum
hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd), benzene, toluene,
ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), and gasoline oxygenates.
Fieldwork
On November 7, 2007, monitoring wells NMI through MW5 were monitored and sampled.
Groundwater elevations were calculated by measuring the depth to groundwater in each well and
subtracting from the respective wellhead elevation. Groundwater elevations at the site decreased by
an average of 0,42 feet since last monitored on August 28, 2007. Groundwater flow was generally
toward the northeast, with components of northerly and northwesterly flow, at a hydraulic gradient
averaging approximately 0.002 Wit A potentiometric surface map created from the November 7,
2007 monitoring data is depicted on Figure 2. Groundwater elevation data are summarized in Table
1. Monitoring data sheets are included in Attachment A.
Prior to sampling, monitoring wells MW1 through MW5 were purged of a minimum of three well
casing volumes. During the purging process, temperature, pH and electrical conductivity parameters
GAGROuNMM— V0oL5rv.C1rrRepon5,q,irzv00-14q;u2007.d«
