GROUNDWATER SAMPLING PROTOCOL <br />Sampling of groundwater is performed by Ensco Environmental Services, Inc. (EES) <br />sampling technicians. Summarized field sampling procedures are as follows: <br />1. Measurements of liquid surface in the well and depth of monitoring well - <br />2. Feld check for presence of floating product. <br />3. Purge well prior to collecting samples. <br />4. Monitor groundwater for temperature, pH, and specific conductance during <br />purging. <br />5. Collect samples using Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved <br />sample collection devices, i.e., teflon or stainless steel bailers or pumps. <br />6. Transfer samples into laboratory -supplied EPA -approved containers. <br />7. Label samples and log onto chain -of -custody form. <br />8.
