Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> On June 28, 1990, your representatives and consultants met with our <br /> staff and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) staff at the Regional Board offices in Sacramento. <br /> Remedial activities of re-excavation of the former underground tank <br /> area and extraction of contaminated groundwater were discussed. <br /> On July 13, 1990, Margaret Lagorio, of our staff, met with you at <br /> the Holt Brothers site. Remedial activities were again discussed, <br /> as well as the Tri-Regional Guidelines prepared by CVRWQCB. We <br /> have not received a work plan for the remedial activities that were <br /> discussed. Submit a work plan by December 15, 1990. <br /> In addition, all the monitoring wells at your site should be placed <br /> on a regular sampling schedule and tested for benzene, toluene, <br /> xylene, ethylbenzene, total petroleum hydrocarbons detected as <br /> gasoline and diesel, and chlorinated solvents. The results of this <br /> sampling should be included in a Quarterly Status Report. Section <br /> 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank Regulations (California <br /> Administrative Code, Title 23, Subchapter 16) requires a quarterly <br /> status report be submitted to Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and cleanup of the site is <br /> deemed adequate. The report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, <br /> schedules for the completion of the investigation <br /> of the site and remediation; <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
