Charter Way; Stockton <br /> Please be advise that this office has reviewed the above referenced Phase <br /> One Report. This review has found the plan to be inadequate as the <br /> following have not been addressed. <br /> 1. Submit well logs bearing the signature of a registered Geologist of <br /> the State of California. <br /> 2 . The site map is not drawn to scale. The distances between monitoring <br /> wells are not given. Gradient illustrated appears to be based upon <br /> top of casing monitoring well measurements. The bench mark is not <br /> provided. Submit clarification for obtaining the gradient <br /> measurement. <br /> Seasonal water level measurements are needed to accurately determine <br /> groundwater gradient. Continued investigation to define the full extent of <br /> soil and groundwater contamination both vertically and horizontally is <br /> needed. <br /> These concerns shall be addressed in a workplan for continued field <br /> investigative work.
