Stockpile <br /> Dear Ms. Lagorio: <br /> Please find the tabulated results of the analysis of soil samples taken from the Holt Bros. spoil <br /> stockpile on July 25, 1996. Please note that sample E2 @ 8.5original was reported by the laboratory <br /> as 35,000 mg/Kg for TPH-Gasoline was in error, and has been corrected to 35 mg/Kg TPH-Gasoline. <br /> The person writing the report did not convert the results from ug/Kg to mg/Kg. The results of <br /> 8015(1V1)TEPH diesel and motor oil are reported for all positive values. <br /> Summary of Results <br /> A total of twenty-three samples were taken from the stockpile by Foothill Engineering under the <br /> direction of PHS/EHD. These samples were transported under chain of custody to Sherwood Labs <br /> for analysis. A summary of the results are attached. Three of the samples had detectable levels of <br /> gasoline with none above 35 mg/Kg, and two of the same samples had detectable levels for diesel <br /> below 180 mg/Kg. <br /> Recommendations <br /> Foothill Engineering recommends that Holt Bros. be allowed to spread the stockpile over the westerly <br /> section of their property to a depth of two feet. All of the samples above 6.5 feet of depth were non- . <br /> "detectable.
