Charter Way, <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Site Code: 1988 <br /> Dear Ms. Lagorio <br /> Please reference your letter of May 6, 1996 to Mr. Fritz Baker,;of Holt Bros. concerning the reuse <br /> of the stockpiled soil from the over excavation of the(USTs). The following is a work plan proposed <br /> for the reuse of the stockpiled soil. <br /> SCOPE OF EARTHWORK <br /> The stockpiled soil will be loaded, transported and spread by self propelled earthmovers over the ff <br /> westerly portion of the property to a depth of plus or minus two feet. The surface of the newly I <br /> ti.spread.soil:willbe graded to drain.to the existi,ng.storm_drain,,fi.c lities..A,finisb-grade will be,made <br /> to a uniform-/+0.2'of a grade established by Foothill Engineering. The regraded area will continued <br /> to be used by Holt Bros. to test the performance of equipment',after repair. The reused soil will be <br /> compacted by routing hauling equipment and will not be tested to conform to a specified density. <br /> The polyethylene sheet that was originally placed under the soil stockpile will be removed and <br /> disposed of at an approved disposal site. <br /> i <br /> DUST CONTROL _ f <br /> Dust will be_controlled by applying the correct amount of moisture during transportation and ' <br /> placement of the reclaimed soil. <br />
