CONTINGENCY PLAN <br />If an injury occurs, take the following action: <br />1. Get medical attention for the injured person immediately. <br />2. Notify the Site Safety Officer and Site Team Leader. <br />3. Depending on the type and severity of the injury, notify the Corporate Consulting <br />Physician or the occupational physician. <br />4. Notify the injured person's personnel office. <br />5. Prepare an incident report. The Site Safety Officer is responsible for its preparation <br />and submittal to the Health and Safety Director within 24 hours. <br />6. The Site Safety Officer will assume charge during a medical emergency. <br />A.
